European Region Business Process Streamlining
For one of our US/Europe based customers. The purpose of this project is to have all European Countries
into one instance of ECC 6.0 and optimize, harmonize the business process. The project is implemented in
03 phases (Pilot, Phase 1 and Phase 2) integrating more than 15 European countries into one system. More
than 50 Technical consultants are involved from Offshore in accomplishing this project, over a period of
3 years.
Global Template Implementation
The goal of this project was to bring North America and Asia Pacific landscapes of one of our SAP clients into a single landscape adhering to a global business template. Upon completion of the project, single Landscape would be used by client for all the countries across the globe..
Migration to ECC 6.0
As part of the migration project, migrated existing business process from ECC 5.0 and 4.7 to ECC 6.0 for
Europe countries. Along with, completed Roll out of new Manufacturing Plants into ECC 6.0 and migration
of XI 3.0 to PI 7.31. A team of 30 Technical consultants were involved in accomplishing the project.
SAP Business Enhancement Projects
FDA Compliance
The purpose of this project is to meet the regulations as per FDA (Food and Drug Administration, USA) in
Consignment Stock to be Batch Managed rather than at Material level and also automation of Consignment and
Inventory related business transactions with Mobile Gateway system. The project is accomplished in two phases
with technical team of 15 members.
Unique Device Identifier
As per FDA (Food and Drug Administration, USA) regulations, devices distributed in United States of America should
have Unique Device Identifier which will be with FDA database. The main objective of UDI project is to design and
implement a robust part numbering, labeling and tracking solution that will enable the client to comply with the UDI
requirements as set forth by the FDA and international regulatory agencies, while meeting various global and domestic
customer expectations. As per Business requirements, implemented barcodes solutions on custom & SAP standard transactions.
The project is accomplished in two phases with team of 15 technical consultants.
